Delete your data.

You can ask JOGA Financial to delete the information you submitted, including any data we received through Meta APIs. Here is how.

Option 1 — Email us

• Send an email to jc@jogafinancial.com.
• Use the subject line "Data deletion request."
• Include the email address, phone number, or property address you used so we can locate your records.
• We acknowledge within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, then confirm in writing.

Option 2 — Remove our app on Facebook

• Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
• Open Apps and Websites.
• Select our app, then choose Remove.
• Meta then calls our automated Data Deletion Callback at /api/public/meta/data-deletion. We queue deletion of the Platform Data tied to your app-scoped user ID and return a confirmation code plus a status URL you can check.

What gets deleted

• Your contact details, deal submission, and related correspondence.
• Meta Platform Data: app-scoped user ID, profile fields, and any stored access tokens, which are also revoked.
• Records we are legally required to retain are retained in a restricted form until the retention period ends, then deleted.
